For standard orders within the U.S., we ship using secure, non-descript packaging material. Inside, you’ll see Cali trove’s elegantly branded gift packaging - ideal for gifting or personal use.

Unfortunately, once your order is completed, we can’t modify the payment method or the delivery type.

The excitement for your order to arrive is always special. You can track your order by following the tracking link sent to you over email along with your other order details.

If your order has been shipped and you are still not able to know the order status through tracking link, kindly wait for 12 hours. In some rare cases, delivery partners take up-to 12 hours to activate the tracking link. Kindly check after the mentioned time frame.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your delivery tracking number. You can click on the tracking number and can access to-the-minute location information.
Please check the shipping confirmation email to track your parcel.
If the tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered, please check if someone else at your address has accepted it, alternatively your parcel may have been left with a neighbor.
Otherwise, please look for a notification of attempted delivery, you may find it in your letter box. In case you cannot locate your parcel, please contact customer relations, please have your order number and tracking number to hand.
Final sale merchandise can’t be returned or exchanged, so kindly purchase with care. That said, you are getting a terrific bargain—and it can always become a gift for someone else, right?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or
exchange it within 30 days from Date of Delivery. Returns, including free gift(s), must be
unworn and in the state that you received them.
We offer FREE return shipping for US domestic orders. To request a return shipping
label for your purchase, simply send us an email on ‘support@calitrove.com’, and we will send you a return shipping label. International customers will need to pay for return shipping. Refunds may take up to one week for processing, once we receive the package.
Once your request is received, kindly drop off the parcel at the nearest UPS collection center. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact.
If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount
Refunds are usually initiated within 24-48 hours of order cancellation or return order
received at our warehouse.
As per Bank’s and our Payment Gateway Service Provider guidelines, It may take around 7-9 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank/card’s statement. If you haven’t received your refund within the timeline promised please email us directly at ‘support@calitrove.com’
