Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are committed to offering you the highest quality of products, and we take pride in our impeccable customer service. If you receive any damaged or defective items, please send us photos or a short video of them unboxing and packaging for review. We will initiate the refund/return process once we have evaluated your request.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale Items or Gift Cards.
Custom made jewelry is also not eligible for returns.
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Serial Number is tampered with.
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
- Product is used or altered
- Free product provided by brand
Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days from Date of Delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds are usually initiated within 24-48 hours of order cancellation or return order received at our warehouse.
As per Bank's and our Payment Gateway Service Provider guidelines, It may take around 7-9
business days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank/card's statement.
